Yom Kippur Evening Adult Service

Kahal B'raira is Greater Boston’s congregation for Humanistic Judaism. We have offered a nontheistic alternative in contemporary Jewish life since 1975.

Join us for Yom Kippur services for adults.  Begin the new year with renewal and reflection.  Hear the sound of the Shofar. If you love Jewish culture or if you are just beginning to experience it, you will find our services rich with song, meaning, beauty, and joy.  Services are primarily in English, Hebrew is translated and transliterated. Customs are explained.  No prior level of Jewish knowledge is needed. We request that you register to avoid long lines at the entrance to services.

The service begins at 7:30 pm at and is held at the First Parish Unitarian Universalist Church
