Join us for an afternoon of poetry! Temple Sinai's Ninth Annual Temple Sinai Jewish Poetry Festival will feature poet Barbara Helfgott Hyett. Barbara has published five collections of poetry, most recently "Rift" which won the Boston Foundation's Fellowship for Excellence in the Arts. Her poems have appeared widely in journals and magazines. She is a professor of English and also serves as the Director of "PoemWorks, the Workshop for Publishing Poets." Temple member Dr. Larry Lowenthal will serve as master of ceremonies. An open mic will follow.
