Kosher Deli Manager
  
NewBridge on the Charles, an upscale, state-of-the-art multi-generational community opened recently in Dedham.  The centerpiece of this first class campus, which houses a retirement community serving over 600 residents and a private elementary school, is an 80,000 square foot Community Center located on the plush meadows and woodlands of the Charles River.  The Center contains several dining venues as part of a large-scale food and beverage operation (upscale fine dining room, casual dining room, pub, a Kosher deli/cafe, an ice cream and coffee shop, banquet space).  The Community  Center at NewBridge on the Charles has the look and feel of a premium private club or resort.
   We are seeking an experienced deli manager for Nosh, a 65-seat kosher venue serving deli-style lunch and dinner to residents, their guests, employees and staff, students and families of The Rashi School on campus.  This is an exciting management opportunity to build Nosh business using industry standard self-order/quick-delivery principles in this beautiful venue.
   Responsibilities will include creating and maintaining a true Kosher Deli menu, the open-to-close, day-to-day activities in our meat and dairy kosher kitchens and venue, merchandising, creating special dinner buffets and events, and additional oversight of the adjacent small sundries Market, and Treats, an ice-cream/coffee shop.  This manager will train and  maintain a high level of fast-paced customer service while creating a fun yet professional work environment.  Kosher observance at NewBridge is supervised by Rabbi Nochum Cywiak.
   At least two years' supervisory experience in a Kosher deli/cafe required.  A high school diploma is required; college dgree preferred.  MICROS experience is a plus.  Excellent customer service and communication skills to multi-generational customers are essential.

Development Director - Jewish Day School
   MetroWest Jewish Day School (MWJDS), located in Framingham, MA, seeks to successfully complete an Annual Campaign of $700,000, as well as continue the quiet phase of a Capital Campaign to construct a facility on already-purchased land in Framingham.
   The Director of Development will 1) design, develop and implement the School's strategic development plan, including all facets of donor identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship for donors at all levels and the identification and development of donor solicitors; 2) implement and facilitate all components of the Annual Campaign to include major gifts, the annual fundraising gala, direct mail, phone-a-thons, and other development events; explore new development opportunities; direct and implement the creation of donor materials; plan and execute major donor recognition and stewardship plans; oversee the development of key volunteers and manage the volunteer process; collaborate in the board developoment process, including but not limited to leadership development training; oversee management of donor database and donor acknowledgment process.
   The ideal candidate will have five or more years of fundraising experience, preferably with an educational institution, capital campaign experience, and a successful track record in the solicitation of major gifts.  He or she must be a self-starter and a team player who is motivated, organized, possesses excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and writing skills and has experience in volunteer management and recruitment at the board and community level.  Development database literacy is required.  Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is preferred.  Compensation is based on experience.

Hebrew School Teacher - Fourth Grade
