Welcome to the new ShalomBoston.com!
We are pleased to introduce our newly-designed web site, created to improve your experience using ShalomBoston.com. The new ShalomBoston.com is more user-friendly, with a fresh, contemporary look and improved functionality.
These are just some of the improvements you will notice:
-
Our recipes are now searchable by type of dish, holiday, and more.
-
The Calendar now allows for different views and printing of information on individual events.
-
The Synagogues & Congregations Directory is now searchable by region.
-
The Education and Summer Camps & Programs pages have become searchable directories.
-
The Marketplace now includes classified ads, business services, and event planning.
-
We have reintroduced the forums, so that you can ask questions, share information, and chat with our staff and each other in a secure format. (We have added a login feature for using the forums in order to prevent postings generated by spam. It is not necessary to login to enjoy all the other features of ShalomBoston.com!)
You will notice many other changes, large and small, as you peruse the various pages of the website.
We have built into the new design many of the features that you, our users, have requested, and we will continue to expand the regular content and special offerings in the months ahead. We always welcome your feedback and we encourage you to share the excitement of the new ShalomBoston.com by sending this home page to a friend.
