Jamie Stolper This is easy to prepare and have on hand in the refrigerator. Use it on sandwiches or to accompany grilled fish or chicken. Serve it cold – with warm fish or chicken it is delicious! Try this in a Tuna Burger – yummy! Ingredients 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic (approx. 2 cloves) 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley Mix together all the ingredients. Store in the refrigerator.
